Kinect Sports xbox live demo details?

I downloaded the demo kinect rung of the Xbox Live Marketplace to see which games and extras are included. Unfortunately the game will not start if you do not have kinect. I was just wondering what is included in this game and if they included the football match. More specifically I wanted to know if they allow you to change difficulty on the game of football? The reason I'm even debating this question is because I buy kinect, but I have no money to kinect sports game and buy the part of the I enjoyed the game most played soccer at the professional or championship levels (top two problems). I have been searching for it online and cannot find it so if anyone played the demo and can tell me that would be extremely useful. Thanks!

Hi, the demo contains a sprint race, two frames of bowling and a chance to perform for the crowd. The full game contains six complete sports, Track and Field, Bowling, Football, Volleyball, Boxing and Tennis, plus a lot of different mini-games based on this sport.
