Kinect Live Video

You can Kinect video chat with someone who has an xbox 360 with no Kinect, but webcam connected?

My friend will not get Kinect due to limited space, but I will eventually and I was wondering if I can still video chat with them through our 30's through me using the Kinect him with using the Windows Live Messenger through his 360 when he connected a web cam. If not, then that is fine as they will eventually get a laptop but I wanted to ask.

if you and he has Kinect xbox vision cam you can voice chat. You can also chat with someone who has Windows Messenger, and the computer has a webcam too.
