2. How can I check what IOS/cIOS I have on my wii?
3. What are some good tools I can install on my wii? ( I have HBC)
4. What does pirlloader do?

1 Im a user of neogamma and it works great, so i havent tried other launcher
2 Theres a program you can use for see that, but i dont remember,, but you can use pimp my wii to install all the cios you need automatically
3 Mmmm it depends of what you want, you can install wad installer and install wiiwares and virtual console games, you can also install media programs but i never tried that
4 its a tool that prevents bricks, but i never used it
