Wii Backup Loader Channel
How do i get backup loader channel on a 4.0u wii?
i have a 4.0u wii it is not a lu64 it is a lu31
i do not want to downgrade my wii i want to keep 4.0u
please give me a download link and a step by step tutorial

Jay is incorrect it is not illegal to modify your own wii, you own it and have the right to do what ever you want with it, I like Jay to quote the law on the books prohibiting people from modifying their own wii. He mentioned pirated games which you did ask that question, I am assuming you are wondering how to back up games you own and then play the back ups this far from illegal you own it. So here is the answer to your question yes you can get back up launcher for 4.0. I will not give you the step by steps but a website where you need to browse around to find what you want. Never ever pay for homebrew and back up launcher they are free.
