How to make a good workout routine: Loose weight, tone!?
What should my workout routine be? i think this is good:
morning-
after school-walk/jog
after dinner-
(i have the wii fit plus on my christmas list that i want to try to do every day after school too!!)
What do you think, what are some exercises i could do in the morning and after dinner? Any other eating or workout tips are appreciated!
My goal is to loose a little weight and tone my muscles
