Wii Internet Setup Wireless

What do I need to set up a Nintendo Wii Wireless Internet Connection.?
Hi. My Mother-in-Law has a Nintendo Wii and I wanted to get her hooked up to the Internet wirelessly. I am a bit confused. Not wconfused about the setup itself, but I was originally under the impression that the Wii had wireless networking built in and you didn't need any additional hardware. But now I am hearing that they have some kind of Wii Wi-Fi adapter. Do I need to find one of these, or will the Wii connect itself? Thanks. (Oh.. and does anyone know what wireless protocols the Wii supports (802.11g, n, b, etc.?)

I have a router. I just need clarification on whether the Wii itself has the necessary hardware built in, or if I need to buy any additional hardware to get it set up?
The easiest way is if you have a wireless router connected to your home computer. You can connect the Wii through that just like connecting a laptop. You wouldn't need any adapter if you connected through the router.
