Wii Keyboard Walmart
Help with a basic computer for the kids.?
The kids want their own computer to play games and since we don't have WII, DS or Play Station, I'm ok with this.. They will not have access to the internet.
We have the keyboard and monitor so we just need the tower. The tower we have is older so they are complaining about how slow it takes to come on the screen and also they got some new computer games for X-mas that won't work in this older tower (I have no idea why). I don't want to spend a lot for this tower as it will be used for computer games. Could someone tell me what I might need and where to buy a bargain? Best Buy, Walmart and others want about $300.00 which to me is too much..
Generally computer games will have listed on the box they come in what the system requirements both to barely run and to actually enjoy the game. People easily spend much more than $300 on a video card alone to play today's current games.
What needs to be done really depends on what your computer is now and what the games generally want to run properly.
Do you have more information to help us help you? If your kid's computer has a make and model, and if you can let us know what games your kids got for Christmas, that would help out alot.
