I have question about nintendo ds connecting with router?

I have a wirless router and using mac filter. I added nintendo ds mac address in my router, also using static ip address and dns. I am not using wep key. My laptop connects to wireless router, but i am unable to connect WII and nintendo ds to to my wireless router. Pl help. Also, is there a number i can call nintendo people. I am using Dlink Di-634M router. Thanks for the help

Turns out, your router isn't compatible with the DS and Wii however i do have a list from http://www.nintendowifi.com/ of the compatible routers. however, your router isnt in the D-link section. but here's the list anyway:
