Wii Media Center Channel
How powerful are my PC's compared with modern game consoles?
My gaming PC:
Foxconn Motherboard
AMD Athlon 64 3700+
NVIDIA Geforce 7600 GS PCI-E(getting a 8800 GTX in a few months)
2GB Dual Channel DDR
2x 120GB Hard Drives
C-Media 5.1 Soundcard
my media centre(nowhere near as powerful)
AMD Sempron 2600+
1GB DDR RAM
NVIDIA Geforce 6600 GTOC AGP8x(will in a few months have the 7600 GS + New Mobo/CPU)
500GB SATA Hard Drive
Onboard audio
How do these specs compare with: PS3/Xbox 360/Wii?
I know they're both more powerful than the Wii(not sure how much)

Consoles are always more powerful than PC's with the same age.
Modern Consoles have 128 bit membus, but PC's only have 32 / 64.
And consoles has a very different programming platform.
If you visit a console emulation site, you'll find that old console emulators require a quite modern PC.
