was this a good deal?
I sold all of this for 250 bucks:
Nintendo wii system
2 games (mario kart wii, carnival mini golf)
2 wii wheel controllers
2 wii remotes
2 wii nunchucks
1 classic controller
1 wii motion plus adapter
wii charger with rechargeable batteries
could I have gotten more?
Well, let's look at the prices of the items brand new:
Wii - $199.99
Games - $49.99 each
Extra Wii Wheel - $19.99
Extra Wii Remote - $39.99
Extra Wii Nunchuck - $19.99
Classic Controller - $29.99
Motion Plus Adaptor - $19.99
Charger - $29.99
You're looking at around $410 new. Taking depreciation into account, you can assume that the average used price (selling independently, not through a store like gamestop... they only give you about 1/3 of their used resale price) would be around 3/4 what you paid for it. That's about $307. So yeah, not a bad deal, really, but you probably could have held out for a bit more.
