Wii Motion Plus Compatible With Third Party Controllers? where to get controllers cheaper?

Hello, I am getting a Wii for Christmas but had a question on the controllers. I know that the new Wii controllers (Black) come in bundle with wii motion plus but are like $50 which is expensive. I was wondering if anyone knew if the cheaper Nyko controllers and other brand of wii controllers are compatible with the motion plus? IF not does anyone know where to get the Wii Remotes (white or black) at a cheaper price than $50 including the motion plus>? Or maybe without the motion plus but cheap enough to where I would be able to get the motion plus seperately and still be cheaper than $50? I am looking for the nintendo Wii controllers that are like the one that comes with the system (nintendo brand) if the Nyko controllers or other third party controllers arent compatible with motion plus?'

I just received a new Wii myself and am trying to figure out what I'm doin' !! (but I'm now 61 and not quite as up to date as I used to be LOL.
